Air Force Base
This 2-phase project included installation of new utility service to
over 300 new homes on the base. The electrical contract
included a 15 KV duct bank, with trunk line conductors from 2 miles
offsite to the substation. This project was all completed
through landscaped areas, parking lots, roads, etc. It was
accomplished without any damage to existing utilities, and very

Zion Eye Institute
This new constructed design/build optical and surgical facility in
St. George included emergency generators and nurse call
systems. Total Electrical contract: $125,000

 Kemp
Office Building
This spacious new office building included extensive category 5
communication and data system wiring. Original specs were bid
at over $300,000. After completing value engineering, the
project was design/ built for $175,000 for the electrical systems |

 Harmons
Grocery Store
KV Electric was the recipient of the outstanding subcontractor on
this project. It was a "fast-track" project, and was
completed in about 6 months. Special electrical items included
refrigeration, controls, communication cables (phones,
computers). Built in St. George, the electrical contract as
approximately $400,000 |
